MEET OUR SCEPTRHOOD
Andleen Razzaq is an internationally experienced, Licensed Master NLP coach, trainer and educator, from the UK, who is also a founding member of the Sceptrhood Group. She is the founder of a boutique consultancy called Mind Nomads, which focuses on unlocking the inner journey of the mind, by employing the right mindset, personal development and self-empowerment. She provides training on leadership, effective communication, personal growth and empowerment to local and international audiences to banks, corporations and
grassroots organisations. Andleen has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur and provides bespoke transformational coaching sessions for clients ranging from corporate executives to women wanting to be change agents in the world. Andleen has engaged in global community development with a passion for education, behavioural change and gender equality for over twenty years and remains active in a number of charities at home and abroad.

Claudia Curran is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years in the industry, including serving as a Chief Executive for the Asia office of a global multi-billion-dollar hedge fund. She established The Inner Impact in 2019, an executive and life coaching firm based in Singapore. Her decision to become certified as both an Executive and Life Coach was motivated by her discovery of the power of thought management – a transformative tool that helped her overcome acute anxiety with which she had struggled for almost a decade. Claudia became a Sceptrhood Ambassador in 2019 when the group launched in Singapore. Claudia also runs a closed Facebook group of 1000 members dealing with anxiety, is part of the Protégé Mentorship program in Singapore, and is a big sister to Pertapis, a home for abused children in Singapore.

Amanda Lim is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and mother, and Director of Singapore-based fitness consulting firm Peak Health. With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry, Lim has coached and transformed over 200 clients, consulted for major companies such as Disney, Google, PayPal, and 20th Century Fox, and contributed to publications such as SHAPE magazine and The Straits Times. Her 14 years of research and practice in weight loss, prenatal and postpartum fitness, and nutrition planning have made her an in-demand wellness expert in Southeast Asia and beyond. Amanda also is a Sceptrhood Group Ambassador who has one of the Power Matte lipsticks named after her.

Carol Gockel is a Singapore-based confidence coach and founding Ambassador of Sceptrhood Group. Also an author, speaker and change-maker, Carol runs her own web talk show, called “Rise with Carol Gockel,” and founded The Wandel Group, which offers services from 1 on 1 life coaching, business coaching and image consulting, among others. Carol seeks to empower clients to become the leaders they want to be with unique, tailor-made programs that help work towards set goals. She also speaks on issues such as gender equality, diversity and inclusion, female empowerment and how to rise from trauma and abusive relationships. Carol has two children and a husband, all of whom play rugby. She also looks great in Sceptr’s Misha lip color.

Samina Malik is founder of Sceptr Cosmetics and Sceptrhood Group, which seeks to empower women from all over the world both inside and out. An award winning entrepreneur for her work building Sceptr Cosmetics, Samina carries a vision to unite women and celebrate how strong they really are. Her brand aims to fundamentally promote the well-being of women and the power of sisterhood. She also is passionate about Social Responsibility and set up the Sceptr Fund initiative for Sceptr Cosmetics.
Originally from London (UK) but now based in Singapore, her unique vision and persistence has seen her grow from an artist, to a beauty coach and now an inventor and entrepreneur. Alongside doing make-up for big clients, being a mother-of-four, running a successful business, and being a Makeup Coach providing private customized makeup lessons. Andrea McKenna Brankin is an American journalist based in Singapore who lives a full life with bipolar disorder. She recently published a book about her bipolar life, called Bipolar Phoenix: My F’ed Up Life and How I Fixed It. She writes articles for expat magazines on mental health and expat life and also does public speaking on the subject. She became an ambassador for Sceptrhood in November 2019 when she spoke at Sceptrhood’s first luncheon to highlight women’s empowerment. She hosts the Sceptrhood Talk web talk show on Facebook and YouTube and also does web talk shows for her book, Bipolar Phoenix, and for the American Association of Singapore. Andrea is a mother of one daughter, married to an executive, and enjoys coaching kids’ rugby and teaching yoga. She has 7 shades of Sceptrhood Power Matt and her favourite colors to wear are Nisma and Genie for work and daywear and Misha for nights out.
