Andleen Razzaq is an internationally experienced, Licensed Master NLP coach, trainer and educator, from the UK, who is also a founding member of the Sceptrhood Group. She is the founder of a boutique consultancy called Mind Nomads, which focuses on unlocking the inner journey of the mind, by employing the right mindset, personal development and self-empowerment. She provides training on leadership, effective communication, personal growth and empowerment to local and international audiences to banks, corporations and grassroots organisations.

Andleen has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur and provides bespoke transformational coaching sessions for clients ranging from corporate executives to women wanting to be change agents in the world Andleen has engaged in global community development with a passion for education, behavioural change and gender equality for over twenty years and remains active in a number of charities at home and abroad.
